Defectuoso
Mi name is Valeria and i from Santiago, Chile. I will write in spanish because my english es bad, i am sorry. Compré este set de balcón en Sodimac Chile en enero 2016. Por falta de tiempo no lo armé hasta hoy. Uno de los asientos (silla) está defectuoso y no lo puedo armar: hay 2 laterales iguales, es decir, 2 piezas RS (lateral izquierdo) para una silla. El problema debió ser en el empaque de fábrica porque la caja estaba sellada. Me encantó armar el primer asiento (que está bien) y me impresionó el nivel de ingeniería en el diseño, es un mueble bien pensado, por personas muy inteligentes. Estoy triste porque no quiero quedarme sin un asiento, el set completo es genial. Es triste porque me ha encantado este set y no puedo reclamar a Sodimac Chile porque ha pasado el plazo legal (3 meses). Por eso pregunto a ustedes si me pueden ayudar. Thank you for your atencion.
